Our Boarding Facility
A space designed for your dog's comfort and well-being
Our dog boarding facility is set up in a modern space located in our insulated garage, heated in winter and air-conditioned in summer, ensuring optimal comfort year-round. We offer:
- 3 spaces of 4 x 4 feet and 3 spaces of 4 x 6 feet.
- The option to accommodate multiple dogs from the same family in one space, depending on their size and compatibility.
- Each space equipped with a surveillance camera, accessible 24/7, so you can check on your companion throughout their stay.
- A dedicated television to create a calming and engaging environment for your dog.
- An air purifier to maintain a clean and healthy atmosphere.
- A fenced outdoor enclosure for all dogs to enjoy fresh air together in a safe space.
- A large fenced yard, perfect for free play and relaxation sessions, always under our attentive supervision.
- Multiple outings per day (minimum 4)
Located just 5 minutes from the Saint-Bernard-de-Lacolle border crossing, our boarding facility is both accessible and convenient, right off the last exit before the customs.

Mandatory Visit

You can still reserve your spot; however, a visit must take place before your dog's arrival.

Rates
- $50 per day (24h) per dog, per kennel (Taxes included)
- $75 per day (24h) for two dogs sharing the same kennel (Taxes included)
Discounts for Long Stays:
- 5% off for stays of 7 to 13 days
- 10% off for stays of 14 to 21 days
- 20% off for stays of 22 days or more
Additional Fees:
- Medication services: No additional fees
- Private supervised outings : 5 $ per day
Reservation and Payment
- Full payment must be made no later than at the time of your dog's arrival.
Cancellation Policy
- Less than 48 hours before arrival: 50% of the stay will be charged.
- Between 48 hours and 7 days before arrival: 25% of the stay will be charged.
- More than 7 days before arrival: No fees.
Refunds, if applicable, will be processed via Interac transfer as promptly as possible.

Terms of Service and Kennel Policies
Opening Hours
Our opening hours are from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM, 7 days a week, by appointment only for visits, arrivals, and departures.
Arrival and Departure Times
- Arrivals/Departures: Between 9:00AM and 7h30PM
You can choose a convenient time slot on our scheduling platform. If these hours don’t suit you, please contact us, and we’ll do our best to accommodate you.
Mandatory Visit for New Clients
A prior visit is required for all new clients to ensure our environment meets your dog's needs and your expectations. This visit also allows you to familiarize yourself with our facilities and services. Schedule your visit online with ease.

Specific Medical Conditions
Dogs requiring specific care or medication are accepted without any additional fees. Please inform us of these needs during booking. This option can also be added directly through our online platform.
Females in Heat / Unsociable Dogs
Females in heat and unsociable dogs are accepted with an additional charge of $5 per day for private supervised outings.
Emergency Contact
An emergency contact must be provided for every stay. This person must be reachable by phone and capable of picking up your dog promptly if necessary.
Medical Emergencies
In case of an emergency:
- We will immediately contact your emergency contact.
- If required, we will transport your dog to the Centre Vétérinaire Rive-Sud in Brossard.
- Your emergency contact will handle all procedures and veterinary costs upon arrival.
Behavior and Necessary Measures
If a dog poses a safety risk or disrupts the kennel's harmony, we reserve the right to end the stay prematurely. In such cases, the emergency contact will be contacted immediately to arrange the dog's departure.
The full payment for the stay remains due, even if shortened for health, safety, or behavioral reasons.
Options to Reduce Risks:
For a calm and secure environment, you may request individual supervised outdoor outings for your dog at an additional $5 per day.
Vaccinations
To ensure everyone's safety, the following vaccinations must be up-to-date (administered within the last 12 months):
- Rabies
- Leptospirosis
- DHPP
- Bordetella
A 7-day waiting period after any recent vaccination is required before admission. Proof of vaccination must be provided online, by email, or in person and kept updated in the pet's profile.
Dog Food
We require all clients to bring their dog’s usual food for the entire duration of their stay. Please also provide us with the daily feeding quantities and inform us of any allergies or specific dietary restrictions. This ensures that we can properly and safely meet your dog’s dietary needs.
Personal Belongings
We are not responsible for loss or damage to your dog’s personal items (collars, leashes, beds, etc.). We recommend bringing only essential items.
We provide bowls, beds, and blankets for your dog. However, you may bring:
- A favorite toy
- Their collar and leash
- A blanket from home, as its familiar scent can help soothe your dog during their stay.
Surveillance Camera
Each enclosure is equipped with a 24/7 surveillance camera accessible via the Eufy app (available on the App Store and Play Store). Access information will be provided upon your dog's arrival.

Abandonment and Relocation
The abandonment of an animal is an offense under Quebec's Animal Health Protection Act.
- In case of abandonment:
- We reserve the right to relocate the animal through our means or in collaboration with competent organizations (e.g., SPCA) to ensure its well-being.
- All incurred costs (transportation, relocation, veterinary care) will be the owner's responsibility.
