Opening Hours
Our opening hours are from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM, 7 days a week, by appointment only for visits, arrivals, and departures.

Mandatory Visit for New Clients

Specific Medical Conditions
Dogs requiring specific care or medication are accepted without any additional fees. Please inform us of these needs during booking. This option can also be added directly through our online platform.
Females in Heat / Unsociable Dogs
Females in heat and unsociable dogs are accepted with an additional charge of $5 per day for private supervised outings.
Emergency Contact
An emergency contact must be provided for every stay. This person must be reachable by phone and capable of picking up your dog promptly if necessary.

Behavior and Necessary Measures
If a dog poses a safety risk or disrupts the kennel's harmony, we reserve the right to end the stay prematurely. In such cases, the emergency contact will be contacted immediately to arrange the dog's departure.
The full payment for the stay remains due, even if shortened for health, safety, or behavioral reasons.
Options to Reduce Risks:
For a calm and secure environment, you may request individual supervised outdoor outings for your dog at an additional $5 per day.
Vaccinations
To ensure everyone's safety, the following vaccinations must be up-to-date (administered within the last 12 months):
A 7-day waiting period after any recent vaccination is required before admission. Proof of vaccination must be provided online, by email, or in person and kept updated in the pet's profile.
Dog Food
We require all clients to bring their dog’s usual food for the entire duration of their stay. Please also provide us with the daily feeding quantities and inform us of any allergies or specific dietary restrictions. This ensures that we can properly and safely meet your dog’s dietary needs.
Personal Belongings
We are not responsible for loss or damage to your dog’s personal items (collars, leashes, beds, etc.). We recommend bringing only essential items.

Surveillance Camera
Each enclosure is equipped with a 24/7 surveillance camera accessible via the Eufy app (available on the App Store and Play Store). Access information will be provided upon your dog's arrival.

Abandonment and Relocation
The abandonment of an animal is an offense under Quebec's Animal Health Protection Act.
We remind you that abandoning an animal is a serious offense, and we reserve the right to take legal action if necessary.
